1994 and was previously Executive Vice President for Investment Services
at HSBC Bank. David Burrows, President, joined in 2003 and was previously
Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer for the Goldman Sachs Trust
Company. Today we have over $200 million, as of 12/31/05, with clients
domiciled in many states. We serve clients from various locations: Buffalo,
NY, Greenwich, CT, San Francisco, CA, Boston, MA, and Vero Beach, FL. Hudson
